And i realize how nothing will ever change until I am able to successfully move into another residence. By myself.
My mom is the exact kind of person I hate. Superficial, phony, hypocritical, and self-pitying. She constantly repeats the same things over and over, which is one of my greatest peeves (not even a pet-peeve but a major peeve). It makes me want to curse. To punch someone. Do something violent and destructive. Even now I was stupid enough to leave this window open and she walked past and saw it. She goes "You need to stop writing about me because you're moving on."
You see, it seems as though she's going to be getting married. Thank God, because I'm tired of people telling me, "Nu, you're going to college and leaving your mother behind?"
Either way I want to get as far from her as possible while going to a good AND prestigious school. Anywho, not that she's getting married. I can ditch them both and not worry about a thing. Her new husband is a good person, so I'm just happy I won't have to deal with her as much.

Watching Summer Wars!!
Oh my gosh this thing is boring. Seriously. It's so much like real life that sometimes it feels as though it's going in real-time. I skipped the first >18 minutes and didn't feel as though I missed a thing. (I should have done that with Wall-E.)
But it's a good movie nonetheless. The characters are real (except for that BA AI, you know) and it's quite a tearjerker. Personally, I feel as though the whole entire family-saga is the real film and it's as though the writers just tagged on that virtual reality thing onto it.
But hey - I'm only about three quarters finished with it since I'm supposed to be completing Latin work right now. I guess I'll catch up on that last portion some other time and add an end-notes review.
P.S. The up-to-date electronics in the film are pretty cool when I'm watching it now, in 2010-2011. (Whoo, just realized this [Summer Wars] is my first film of 2011!) Several years from now? Yeaaaah... those DSi's and that iPhone will either bring back feelings of nostalgia (like when seeing video cassettes in Cowboy Bebop) or make the film seem "stale".
P.P.S. That family's house is AWESOME! enough said
Happy New Year! from K. Nu
